Standard Shipping/Processing Charges for regular orders (shipping to any of
the 50 United States) are as follows:

*Net refers to Merchandise Total after any coupons,
discounts, special offers or Bonus Dollars are deducted and before any Sales
Tax and/or Shipping/Processing charges (if applicable) are added.

Two-Day air deliveries
Two-Day Air delivery is available within the 48 contiguous United States. For
orders under $225.00, please add $30.95. For orders $225.00 and over, please
add $25.00. Two-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. is guaranteed from the day your
order leaves my hands (excluding weekends and holidays). These orders are
given our highest priority. Two-Day Air deliveries cannot be addressed to
post office boxes. A street address, postal code, daytime phone number of
addressee and signature are required for Two-Day Air delivery. If you have
special delivery requirements, please call Customer Service at 1.814-337-1137,
Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET) or send us an
email . All back orders are shipped by ground delivery. Additional Two-Day
Air charges will apply to each dollhouse and room box, due to their greater

Shipping/Processing cost estimate for Two-Day Air delivery. Note that it is
impossible to obtain a 100% accurate estimate of shipping costs until such

creativeminiatures.com should be taken as an ESTIMATE, and not an exact QUOTE.
Final delivery charges may vary. If you choose to complete your order without
obtaining a Shipping/Processing estimate, you do so with the understanding
that your credit card will be charged the exact Shipping/Processing amount
(including $30.95 for orders under $225.00 or $25.00 for orders $225.00 and
over).
Canadian shipments
Orders being shipped to Canada will go ground service unless otherwise
requested by you (please call 1.814-337-1137, Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. (ET) or
email us for air delivery options).
For orders under $225.00, please add $10.00 to the Standard
Shipping/Processing charge. For orders $225.00 and over, please add $15.00.
We must have a street address, postal code and daytime phone number of
addressee. A signature may be required for delivery. We cannot be held
responsible for local import duties, brokerage fees or taxes. Returns must be
pre-authorized. Contact us for return authorization number. Due to the
added size/weight of Dollhouses and Room Boxes, additional Shipping/Processing
charges will be applied to orders including these items and, therefore, are

email us to request a Shipping/Processing cost estimate for delivery of

charged the exact cost of shipping plus a $10.00 handling fee. This charge is
based on the size and number of packed boxes that make up each order and,
therefore, is determined on a per order basis. Please call 1.814-337-1137,

email us to request a Shipping/Processing cost estimate for delivery of
